Important Shipping Update to our U.S. Customers

We are excited to share an important update with our USA community.

Due to recent tariff changes, we temporarily paused U.S. orders while we worked through the logistics. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during that time.

We are happy to announce that our Organic Soap Bars are now available again for purchase in the United States.

At this time, our Butters, Moisturizers, Oils and other Soaps That Heal products are still restricted for U.S. shipping. We are actively working on solutions and will keep you updated as soon as those products return.

We truly value our U.S. community and want to keep you informed about recent changes that may affect your orders.

As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. government ended the policy that allowed small packages from Canada to enter the U.S. duty-free. Previously, orders under a certain value could arrive without extra taxes or fees. Now, all incoming packages must go through customs, which means customers are charged a new 35% customs duty, along with additional processing fees and potential delays.

Unfortunately, these changes have made it necessary for us to temporarily pause all shipments to the United States, while we work on the required compliance procedures and paperwork to ensure that our customers are not charged extra duties on our products.

We truly apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we navigate this change. We will continue to keep you updated on our progress and will notify you the moment U.S. shipments reopen.
